100% AWESOME! Mark gave me a date for my re-roof and stuck to it. Communicated brilliantly throughout and showed up when he said he was going to. I received before and after photos throughout each day showing his progress up on the roof, I knew exactly where he was up to and I could see how stunning it was looking as each section was replaced. A very high level of excellent workmanship throughout the job. Roof Crowd’s price was by far the best of the four companies who quoted, and the other companies I dealt with couldn’t even return phone calls properly or show up when they said they were going to. I really was impressed with Mark, from start to finish. I had been experiencing trouble with a decramastic roof for a while, with numerous leaks. I had the roof repainted and repaired by another company – and was under the impression this would solve the problem – however this was not the case. After initial call to Mark, he agreed to come around and conduct an inspection of the roof. Mark answered all my questions and took photos of the roof, which was helpful to help me understand and visualise the issues that he had found. Everything he said/explained was in plain English not in tradesman speak. I am more than happy with the new roof and no more leaks. I would highly recommend Mark @ Roof Crowd to anyone!
